I have used Geetech for a few years now primarily for Hydraulic related equipment, both servicing and repairs. I have also appointed Geetech to inspect and certify all the safety equipment on our LOLER. On each occasion I have been very happy with the work that has been completed whether it be the team in La Ciotat or the team in Antibes. The quality of documentation and invoicing has been great and for the most part has been very timely. Prices have always been very fair and in comparison, to many other companies who offer a similar service, I must say Geetech are my preferred provider. I have used Geetech on every boat I have worked on since being introduced to them back in 2012. Over the years, Martin and the team have performed a wide array of services including various large-scale hydraulic overhauls, overhauling of various passarelles and gangways, track installation and testing, metal fabrication and tender chock fabrications. Geetech has provided technical and on-site support almost worldwide. On several occasions, they have got us out of trouble with last-minute emergency repairs with very little notice. This kind of support is priceless for a busy dual-season charter yacht where we are always pushed for time.

Over the years, Geetech has offered a very reliable service and tackled problems that other contractors would not entertain due to time constraints and complexity. It is always a pleasure to welcome the Geetech team onboard. They are always punctual and very respectful. One of their biggest strengths is that they always seem to find a solution when various unforeseen issues arise.

Geetech is one of the rare companies that, once found, you try to avoid using others as the service will just not be the same.
I have used Martin for the past three years from jobs as varied as design and installation of pipe work and machinery to testing and validation of deck equipment and everything in between.
Many companies may be able to do this but results will vary.
What I have also used Geetech for are emergency crane repairs and engineering at 3 in the morning with perfect results (and happy owners!). All this with a smile and determination to solve the problem and always with fair prices, even at short notice. Rarely companies will do this.
Geetech have also provided us with design work that actually fits what the boat needs, not what will generate the most profit, always to budget and always on time and always perfect quality. Only this company does this! I have been engineering yachts for 23 years and his company is one of the best I have found and cannot recommend them enough.

During our major refit in 2018, Martin and his team at Geetech were chosen as our supplier for the renovation and replacement of our man riding rails, lifting and working aloft equipment servicing and inspection.
Throughout the design and specification stage Martin was available to liaise with the Owneers Respresentative and the Management Company for all of the requirements to bring our installation up to EN795.
Once the material specifications and the scope of work was decided and the yard period commenced, Martin and his team made swift work of the removal and testing of the old equipment. Surface preparation and installation of the new rails was rapid and professional, managing to work around the yards timetable changes. All technical changes from the original design were identified and we were notified well in advance of ant additional costs from original quotation. This enables us to complete a major projects on time and in budget, many thanks to Martin and his team at Geetech.

It gives me great pleasure to be able to recommend Martin Gee and his Geetech company. We have had several occasions to utilize Geetech ‘s technical support and engineering expertise over the years.
These have ranged from designing and fabricating a bespoke lifting system which enables us to both stow and deploy our small electric car from boat to shore, to producing some of the finest welded aluminum parts that I have ever seen for our spectacular banana oat entry in the 2018 Antibes Raft Race.
Both projects were faultlessly executed and have performed exactly as per specifications. These are the two stand out projects from last couple of years but there have been many others along the way. There is no project too small or too large for Geetech to get their teeth into ad, in my experience, their enthusiasm only increases with the size of the challenge.
